Our Infrastructure
A
robust infrastructural setup with a systematically planned production
department is a major highlight of the company. We are well supported
by a huge manufacturing unit, spread across an area of 1,21,000 sq.
mts. with all the necessary facilities to bolster the rate of
production, without compromising on the quality aspect.
Separate
departments have been set up to look into the diverse aspects of the
entire operation that includes procurement, production, quality
enhancement, etc. We make use of the following in-house facilities in the manufacturing process:
- High end Aranco swedish made online match making machines which is the best technology available in the world for matches
- CAD/CAM facilities
- Design facilities
- Chambon machine for friction
- Other ancillaries to generate tech-rich products.
The
packaging and storage department are also well equipped in this regard
and the professionals there ensure that products are kept in proper
storage conditions with adequate packaging. We are equipped with facilities for bulk packaging, individual packaging, machine packing with packing manual. Our
warehouse, covering an area of 25,000 sq. mts. has all the facilities
to store the products in an efficient manner, in order to meet all
kinds of market demands.
